Vision
2000 Measurements
"Never
before have organizations faced so many challenges, and
never before has there been such a need for leaders to formulate
new responses. Uncertainties and complexities abound. The
only thing truly predictable is unpredictability. As Yogi
Berra puts it, 'The future ain't what it used to be'."
Warren Bennis, as quoted in 21st Century Leadership
Why
do newly promoted managers fail?
Four out of ten newly promoted managers and executives fail
within the first eighteen months in their new positions,
according to research by Atlanta-based Manchester Consulting.
The
single biggest reason: personal chemistry. They do not successfully
build partnerships and teamwork with their subordinates
and peers, according to the survey of 826 human resource
managers nationwide. How is Vision 2000 going to help managers
accomplish this? Take a look below.

Graphing
Each
Broadwell Training upward feedback report includes
easy-to-read graphs which plot results in eight primary
areas of management.
Individual scores are measured against company averages
and over time.

Feedback |
| A
"Descending Order" printouts lists the forty questions
asked of the manager's subordinates and ranks
those from highest to lowest. |
| An
action plan is created for each of the five lowest
ranking items to give the manager some concrete
goals to achieve and how to go about it |
.

Vision
2000
shows each manager exactly what those challenges are and
we provide them with concrete ideas for new responses to
those challenges.

OPEN
ENDED COMMENTS
Graphs
and statistics are helpful in measuring progress,
but Broadwell Training has added an emotional element
to help motivate your managers.... open-ended comments
from subordinates.
Associate
feelings regarding a manager's strengths, weaknesses
and areas of opportunity are included in each report.

 |
One
aspect not normally seen in 360 Degree Feedback tools, the
open-ended comments section helps managers get a first-hand
idea of what some of their employees think and how they
feel. Take a look at what some employees say.
