Tom Koetter was a great instructor and I am sure is a great asset to your staff. The way he mixed in family values in his lessons will also make us better spouses and parents to our families. We learned in order to reduce stress in our jobs is not try to carry the entire location on our shoulders. I'm Donnie cauley from Winn-Dixie store #2014 in the Charlotte division. Today ended our 2-day session of Phase II of Vision 2000.

I wanted to tell you Tom Koetter is an outstanding person. His desire and ability to deliver such a program really excited me. As a group, we wondered how the meeting would go without your presence. I am here to tell you, you have certainly recruited and hired the best man for the job.

I'm in my 17th year with the company and have attended many, many meetings with Broadwell and now Tom. Over the years I have learned a lot and I know that I am a better manager and person because of this.

Again, I thank Tom for his extreme effort, he has to be one of your best employees.

I just wanted you to know what a great class we had from Tom. He really helped put things back in focus for me. I with they could have this class more than once a year. I am hoping that they can have our assistant managers and dept. heads for to these as they can benefit from this class. This was my first class that I've attended. I hope it's not the last.
