This
survey is designed to assess the culture of
teams, groups and organizations by collecting
responses from several participants. The survey
is not designed to assess the culture based
on a single response. If you are not able
to conduct the survey and would like to asses

Facts:
- Poorly
designed and mismanaged cultures are the silent killers
of the corporate landscape.
- Mergers
and acquisitions that make perfect business
sense can fail because of the inability
to mix the cultures involved.
- Excellent
business strategies can be sabotaged by poor execution due
largely to inattention to the culture.
- Revenue
which should have gone into expanding the
business instead goes to the costs of training
and re-training and re-re-training people
in key positions because of high turnover
- an indication that something is amiss
in the culture.
The
Culture Assessment Survey focuses on a few
key areas of the culture:
- Are
relationships healthy throughout the organization?
- Does
feedback flow smoothly throughout the organization?
- Is
destructive, collusive behavior a problem
in the organization?
- Are
trust levels high among the team members?
- Do
people have a sense of loyalty to the organization?
- Is
there a potential problem with harassment?
The
survey also allows people the opportunity to voice
their concerns about issues within the organization.
The comments can be both insightful and enlightening
to senior management.

Spend
a few minutes on a high-level assessment of the strengths
and weaknesses of your team, departmental, or organizational
/ corporate culture.
The
survey takes only 8 to 10 minutes per person
to complete. We recommend that at least 75%
of the target participants receive the link
to the assessment. Not all of the participants
need to complete and return the survey, but
they should be given the opportunity. This
will prevent bias in the results.
Data
will be gathered for three days so all recipients
have a chance to respond, then the survey results
are compiled into a report and presented to you.
