Have you
ever thought that a relationship wasn't quite right, but weren't
quite sure why?
Have you
noticed behavior that troubles you, but feel you need "ammunition"
to be able to initiate a conversation or intervention?
Does a
team or organization seem to be having difficulty, but a key
leader doesn't seem to see the problem as clear as some others
do?
We can
help.
Our
Rapid Diagnosis Service can:
- Apply
our Principle of Relationship Management ©
diagnostic model to a team culture or relationship;
- Provide
a vocabulary for articulating what is taking place;
- Provide
a non-judgmental, non-blaming mechanism for developing a
solution to a brewing issue;
- Provide
an analysis of the actual or potential harm taking place
as a result of a cultural practice;
- Provide
an assessment of where a situation might lead if allowed
to remain unchecked.
How
does it work?
- First,
Contact us via email or
the phone number provided.
- We'll
discuss what's taking place, and brainstorm
ways to provide an analysis of the situation, free for
the first hour. Click here
to see details on the topics we will discuss.
- If
we can offer a recommendation right away, we
will.
- If
further analysis is required, we can tailor our high
level Culture Assessment Survey, to make sure we are
asking the right questions for your situation. This is an
important step because:
-
The survey is impartial and non-judgmental.
-
The survey gathers information in a safe, non-threatening
way.
-
The survey report provides a way of collecting hard data
about a situation, so that a solution can be developed
without finger-pointing, blame, shame, etc.
- The
survey process provides a useful measurement baseline. In
other words, if you run a survey at the beginning of the
process, and then another as a checkup at a later date and
the numbers are better, you know your intervention worked.
We've
seen many of these situations. If this is happening
in your organization, it can be a very delicate
matter. So contact
us, and let's design something that will create
the culture you want.
