personalities followed by Q&A..
The
SDI® and PVI are whole-life profiles
that help people identify their personal
strengths under two conditions:

when everything is going well and
- when
they are faced with opposition or conflict.
It explores motivational values - the basis for how
people feel and act in different situations.
Once they have experienced the Inventory, people report
that they quickly recognize how personal strengths may
be used to enhance both personal and working relationships.
The
SDI and PVI are not tests where "right" or
"wrong" answers are graded. Presented in a
high quality format, it is quickly self-administered
and self-scored. Each Inventory contains interpretive
information.
This
is a two-day workshop which will accomplish several
goals:
- Assess
and profile each participant.
- Understand
better what motivates other people's behavior, which
enables participants to communicate better, prevent
conflicts and support each other.
- Shared
understanding among your group of goals, desires and
behavior which increases trust.
- Greater
degree of personal accountability due to understanding
what truly motivates each person's own behavior.

efficiency, especially in teamwork.
