This is how the free Assessment Tool works:

1. Fill out the form below, and you will receive a unique link back within 5 minutes.

The link has a specific reference and code which identifies anyone who receives the link from you as a member of your organzation.

The link allows you to see the questions on the survey. If there are questions you wish to be discarded, just let us know and we will take care of it. We strongly recommend that all questions remain. Each questions was specifically chosen and the tool was designed to test for a variety of specific issues.

2. Complete the survey yourself and forward the link to as many employees as you like.

If you want results from a specific department only, send the link only to people in that department.

We will accept surveys from that department for three business days.

This can be done for a small team, department or an entire organization. You may do comparison surveys, i.e. one department compared to the rest of the organization. Please contact us for more information.

3. We process the results and create a report.

It takes between four and seven days to compile the data and create the report. When the report is finshed, it will take roughly twenty minutes to review the results with you. Many, many strengths and weaknesses will be identified.
